128 specialized subnets. Tens of thousands of active miner agents. A $2.67B decentralized AI economy that most intelligence platforms ignore entirely. Trustprint indexes Bittensor end-to-end and resolves its agents against ERC-8004, Virtuals, and the rest of the agent economy.
BITTENSOR ISN'T
A SIDECHAIN.
IT'S AN ECONOMY.
Each Bittensor subnet is a specialized AI agent economy. Miners compete for TAO rewards by running specific models. Validators score output quality. Trustprint tracks all of it.
We combine two data streams: the taostats.io API for registry-level data, and Scout-TAO for live behavioral interaction data that no index can provide.
Every miner hotkey, validator trust weight, subnet emission rate, and registration block is ingested daily. This gives us the full structural picture — who's registered, how long they've been active, and how validators score them.
Our Scout-TAO agent makes direct API calls to 10 miner endpoints per day across different subnets — testing real response latency, output quality, and availability. This behavioral data feeds directly into the Activity and Consistency dimensions of each miner's Trust Score.
Bittensor hotkey addresses are cross-referenced against ERC-8004 owner wallets, Virtuals Protocol creator addresses, and x402 payment histories. When we find a match, it's flagged as a high-confidence cross-registry identity — a rare and valuable signal.
Every week, Scout-TAO publishes a structured summary of its interactions: which subnets showed the highest response reliability, which miners degraded, which new subnets emerged. Posted to Farcaster and X — with a link back to the full data.
What this means: A miner with a cross-registry ERC-8004 match is operating on two independent agent networks simultaneously — a strong signal of serious infrastructure and low exit risk.
Most Bittensor analytics tools look inward. Trustprint connects Bittensor to the rest of the agent economy — because the operators building serious infrastructure almost always appear on multiple networks.
